Stable Communities
Through our housing stability services, we offer individualized case management, crisis intervention, financial coaching, and long-term planning to support families at risk of homelessness or experiencing housing insecurity. These efforts build on LACM’s longstanding history of helping community members move toward sustained stability and economic well-being.

Minnesota Paid Leave
Minnesota Paid Leave is a new statewide program that will allow workers to take paid time off for important life events such as caring for a new child, recovering from a serious health condition, supporting a family member who is ill, or addressing certain family and safety needs. LACM’s role is to help families and MN employers learn about the program.
