As the Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's mission of serving the Lao (and greater AAPI) community in Minnesota. You will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various programs and services provided by LACM. The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to social justice, community engagement, and cultural competency.
Southeast Asian language fluency preferred.

This position is responsible for engaging community members and stakeholders in understanding issues related to housing, health and wellbeing. The purpose of the work is to identify, engage and support community and agency-led action to address community issues.

Provides administrative support to the department and/or members of a project team. Partners with managers and team members to ensure successful accomplishment of project activities and objectives. Responsibilities include serving walk-in clients, answering agency calls, handling communications, maintain appointment schedules and calendars, data entry and tracking, assisting with outreach & engagement, event prep and assisting in coordinating workshops, meetings, and presentations. Supports and participants in projects and administration of various programs.
Must be proficient in Excel.
Preference for ability to speak, read, and write in at least one Southeast Asian language and the English language.

The Systems Navigator is responsible for assisting community members in accessing culturally and linguistically responsive services and resources that support housing stability, health and wellbeing, economic stability, and overall quality of life. This position works directly with individuals and families to assess needs, provide navigation and referrals, reduce barriers to services, and support community members in understanding and accessing complex systems, including public benefits, healthcare, housing, education, and social services.
Must be fluent in one or more Southeast Asian and English languages.

A Community Health Liaison is a member of the community who applies his or her unique understanding experiences, language, and/or culture in serving diverse members of the community specifically working to reach community members with information on LACM’s programming.
The Community Health Liaisons will work closely with the LACM staff to support and expand LACM’s programs through outreach, education, and events. Community Health Liaisons help in identifying engagement opportunities, conduct outreach, and work with LACM staff in executing community outreach plans. This position offers the opportunity to acquire skills in several areas of community outreach and engagement including:
Creating and planning communication, outreach & engagement strategies
Implement communication, outreach & engagement strategies
Relationship development
Data management and reporting
