Souri Meleena Kruschke is an accomplished Program Coordinator for our Problem Gambling programming.  She came to LACM with a wealth of experience in the financial industry, particularly in mortgage services. With 17 years of experience, Meleena has developed strong analytical skills, enabling her to solve complex problems independently. She is an effective communicator who can seamlessly work with business affiliates, staff, and management. Her advanced computer, organizational, planning, and time management skills make her an invaluable asset in her field. 

Meleena is a licensed Closing Agent in the state of Minnesota and also holds a Notary Public certification. Her professional experience includes working as a Mortgage Closer for both Infosys – Churchill Next and Luminate Home Loans, where she closed and funded numerous loans while maintaining high-quality standards. She also has experience with Remote Online Notary systems and Hybrid closings. 

As the Closing Team Lead at Prosperity Home Mortgage, Meleena was responsible for evaluating, training, and coaching her team to promote a positive work environment. She assessed new opportunities and sought innovative methods for producing solutions to ensure operational success. Meleena established quality control processes to ensure accurate mortgage loan document processing and adherence to underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements. 

Meleena's career also includes working as a Mortgage Closer at HomeServices Lending, where she specialized in closing various types of loans. At Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, she served as a Loan Document Specialist, evaluating and identifying disclosures for compliance and collaborating with compliance and business management to formulate and implement policies. 

Meleena holds a certification in Travel & Communication from McConnell School in Minneapolis. With her extensive experience and skills, she has become an expert in her field and continues to make significant contributions to the mortgage and housing industry.
