Nouchee Vanglao is a dedicated and passionate Program Assistant with a strong commitment to supporting and educating minority nationalities for a better future. With fluency in English, Hmong, Lao, and Thai, Nouchee has an impressive ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service. 

Nouchee's work experience includes her tenure at Medtronic Inc., where she performed a variety of tasks in the medical assembly department, including preparing products, conducting quality inspections, and working on experimental or prototype assemblies. Her strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills have made her an invaluable asset in this role. 

As a volunteer translator at HMOOB Family Chiropractic Clinic, Nouchee utilized her language skills to assist patients and medical staff. She translated medical histories and other vital information, ensuring patients and their families understood diagnoses, instructions, and other medical information. 

Nouchee also served as an Interpreter and Project Assistant for the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). She was responsible for accurately translating information in various domains, including business, technical, legal, literary, and scientific. 

Nouchee completed the Trans-ASEAN Global Agenda Education Program at the University of Tsukuba in Ibaraki, Japan. She also holds an Upper Secondary School Diploma from the University of Laos Faculty of Law and Political Science and a diploma from Thong Pong High School. 

Throughout her academic career, Nouchee participated in numerous activities and programs, such as the Southeast Asia Youth Leadership Program, English Access Microscholarship Program, RMA Youth Business Challenge Series 4, and the Special TAGS-AIMS Seminar on Human Rights. Her outstanding performance as a Liaison Officer and involvement with the Hmong Sisterhood in Laos demonstrate her dedication to community engagement and personal growth.
