Elly Demir is a dedicated and experienced professional currently serving as the Program Manager for API Women’s Health. She brings a diverse skill set that includes a strong background in sales, project management, and creative problem-solving. Elly is known for her agility, adaptability, and commitment to lifelong learning.

She attended the Minnesota School of Business, where she studied Business Administration. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated the ability to synthesize ideas across multiple disciplines to develop innovative and practical solutions.

Previously, Elly worked as a Client Services and Marketing professional for CBRE in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, she maintained the company’s brand across a wide range of marketing materials and supported database coordination within the commercial real estate sector.

Elly served as a Realtor in Minneapolis for over 10 years. In this role, she advised buyers throughout the home-buying process, negotiated on their behalf, and built lasting client relationships to ensure continued satisfaction.

In addition, Elly held several positions at Downtown Resource Group in Minneapolis, including Office Manager, Marketing Coordinator, Leasing Coordinator, and Leasing Agent. Across these roles, she led company-wide marketing initiatives, streamlined administrative procedures, developed internal communication systems, and provided operational support to leasing teams and leadership.
