Anthony Sayachack

Program Manager for Housing Stability and Basic Needs


Anthony Sayachack is an accomplished Program Manager and HUD-Certified Housing Counselor whose career reflects deep dedication to housing stability, financial well-being, and culturally responsive community support. With over a decade of experience in program oversight, staff supervision, and compliance across multiple care and housing systems, Anthony brings unmatched expertise to the Lao Assistance Center of Minnesota (LACM). 

In his current role, Anthony leads LACM’s Housing Stability Department, ensuring families find and secure stable housing, a bedrock of family stability.  He manages program budgets and analyzes data to improve outcomes for community members. His work includes strengthening partnerships locally, organizing workshops on financial education and housing rights, and advocating for clients navigating systemic barriers. His ability to blend compliance, community engagement, and compassionate advocacy has positioned him as the only HUD-Certified Housing Counselor in Minnesota serving the Lao and broader AAPI community.  

Before joining LACM, Anthony spent seven years as a Program Supervisor at The Mentor Network, where he oversaw residential programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. His leadership included staff training, medical protocol implementation, licensing compliance, budgeting, and individualized service planning—experience that shaped his person-centered, trauma-responsive approach.  

Anthony’s technical skillset is complemented by a strong foundation in architectural drafting and design, bringing detail-oriented analysis and problem-solving to his work. He holds certifications in housing counseling, fair housing, credit protection, and a wide range of professional development courses, including NeighborWorks trainings. His expertise spans compliance, outreach, de-escalation, financial analysis, community education, and program development.  

A trusted advisor and connector, Anthony is committed to building pathways toward stable housing, financial resilience, and long-term well-being for the communities he serves. His leadership helps LACM advance its mission of creating stronger, healthier, and culturally grounded futures for Lao American families.
